Every time you complete a Nebula session, the platform automatically generates a session report. This report is a detailed breakdown of your performance — covering your overall score, the decisions you made, patterns in your behavior, and personalized coaching recommendations based on what the AI observed throughout the session. The report is designed to be actionable: it tells you not just how you did, but what to focus on next.
This page is your field reference for the session report — what it contains, how to access it, and FAQs. For a deeper walkthrough of how to interpret each section and apply it to your next session, see Understanding Your Nebula Session Report.

When the report is available

Your session report is generated only after your session reaches completed status. If a session is paused, still active, or abandoned, no report is available. Once the session completes, your report is ready immediately.

How to access your report

Your session report is available from your session history in the Nebula dashboard. Once a session reaches completed status, its report appears automatically in your history with a full breakdown of your performance.
Reports are private to your account. You can only view reports for sessions you completed yourself.

What the report contains

The session report includes the following fields:

Summary metrics

FieldDescription
overallScoreA composite score from 0 to 100 representing your overall performance in the session.
durationTotal time spent in the simulation, measured in minutes.
decisionsCountThe number of decision checkpoints you encountered during the session.
readinessSignalAn AI-generated summary describing your role readiness based on how you performed.

Behavioral analysis

FieldDescription
decisionPatternsPatterns observed across your choices throughout the session — for example, “risk-averse”, “stakeholder-focused”, or “data-driven”.
strengthsSpecific things you did well during the session, with evidence drawn from your actual behavior.
improvementAreasSkills or behaviors where there is room to grow, based on what the session revealed.

Evidence and coaching

FieldDescription
evidenceHighlightsSpecific moments from the session that the AI flagged as particularly significant — positive or negative. These are cited directly from what happened.
insightsPersonalized coaching recommendations you can apply in your next session.
Start your review with evidenceHighlights. Because these are drawn from specific moments in the session — not generalizations — they give you the most concrete and actionable feedback. If a decision hurt your score or a conversation stood out, you will find it here with context.

Decisions and progression

FieldDescription
decisionsThe full list of decision checkpoints from the session, including each decision’s score and the reasoning behind the evaluation.
progressionYour updated XP totals, Credit balance, and skill scores reflecting the changes earned during this session.

How to use your report

The session report is most useful when you treat it as a starting point for your next session, not just a record of the last one.
  • Review readinessSignal to understand where Nebula rates your overall role readiness right now.
  • Read decisionPatterns to recognize tendencies in how you make choices — some patterns are strengths, others are blind spots worth addressing.
  • Use improvementAreas to choose your next scenario or difficulty level deliberately. If the report flags Time Management, try a scenario with tighter deadlines.
  • Go through decisions to understand exactly where individual decision checkpoints cost or contributed to your score, and why.
No. Session reports are private to the account that completed the session. You can only access reports for sessions that belong to your own account.
The report is only generated after the session status reaches completed. If your session ended without completing — for example, if it was abandoned or interrupted — no report is generated. Check the session status before requesting the report.
The progression object in the report reflects your updated cumulative state after the session is applied — including your new totalXp, updated credits, and revised skills scores with current xpToNext values. It represents your full progression record after this session, not just the delta.
Yes. All completed session reports are saved to your session history and available from your Nebula dashboard at any time. There is no expiry on past session reports.
